Orders are shipped via Yamato Transport. We typically dispatch orders within 3 business days after the order is confirmed (or after payment is received for prepaid orders).
If you would like to specify a delivery date and time, please select your preferred option in the "Delivery preferences" section during checkout. We will arrange shipment accordingly.

Nationwide Flat Rate: Standard Shipping ¥660 (tax included)

Order Cancellations
Order cancellations are accepted before shipment. Please contact us as soon as possible via our contact form. Cancellations requested after shipment will be treated as customer-initiated returns.
Returns & Exchanges
