Cherry Blossoms Finally Begin to Bloom - New Catalog and Price Revisions

ようやく咲き始めた桜と、新しいカタログ・価格改定につきまして

(The following is the English translation of the e-mail sent to our Japanese customers.)

This is Kanako Yoshida from YOUYOUANG.

How are you doing?

Spring has finally arrived at the foot of Mt. Akagi.

For the past few mornings, I set aside my usual jog and instead wandering through the park with my camera. The sight of dew-covered leaves glistening in the morning light, and the sound of birdsong echoing through the stillness – It’s a quiet, serene beauty that words can hardly capture.

At this time of year, the park comes alive with a variety of blossoms: cherry trees, magnolias, rapeseed flowers, hanadaikon (despite the name meaning “radish,” it’s a lovely purple flower), and mizubashō (Asian skunk cabbage), which seem to be blooming in numbers that rival even the famous Oze wetlands.

Dogtooth violets were also in bloom. They are tiny, but if you look closely, you’ll notice their surprisingly bold and unique shape.

For the first time in many years, we will be exhibiting at the “Interior Lifestyle Exhibition” this June. The dates are June 18th, 19th, and 20th and the venue is Tokyo Big Sight. We know your schedule must be busy, but we would be very happy if you could come.

In preparation for the show, we’ve been developing new products. However, with the recent rise in costs s of various materials from April 1st, we unfortunately find ourselves in a position where we must revise our product prices.

Please note that the new price will take effect from August 1st.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding and continued support.

Though today's news may not be the most joyful, we truly hope that this spring brings warmth and happiness to you and your loved ones.
