I hope everyone is doing well and welcoming the New Year.

It is the morning of the 12th day since this year started.
It’s about time I feel a bit of a setback from my New Year's resolutions. (Laughs) Yes, that's me.

I decided at New Year's Day to resume yoga and meditation every morning this year, but I came up with a lot of excuses, such as "Will it bother someone when I'm away from home?” or "Will people think I'm strange?

But I must not throw it away here. I just have to become someone who can do it every day by the end of the year! I told myself, and I did it properly today.
At the company, we have decided to do radio calisthenics after the morning assembly starting this year. All of the members are "easy to grow up" in terms of age. I could see some symptoms of a frozen shoulder, so I started a little forcefully. It was unexpectedly well received and has continued to this day. We must continue to do this as well.

I went to "Coach and Four, Wakabadai" early after the New Year's holiday to display our products at the event. Since spring is coming, I put "cherry blossom" products in the front.

It is a large general bookstore headquartered in Hokkaido, with a very spacious sales floor that makes you feel as if there is nothing that they don't have. It is an amazing bookstore that also has a café and a wide range of specialized merchandise, both stationery and sundries.

And in no time at all, the date for the next Gift Show is approaching. The Spring Tokyo Gift Show will be held on February 15, 16, and 17. Invitations will be sent out this month. If you are interested, please let us know by e-mail.
