Flowers before the rainy season and my favorite scent

Flowers before the rainy season and my favorite scent

(The following is translation of the email which was sent to Japanese customers.)

I'm Y from You You Ang.

How are you doing?

A refreshing May has arrived. I want to enjoy some outdoor fun before the rainy season! It's an exciting time of year to wonder where to go. On my days off, I enjoyed the season by running around Lake Nozori and going to Akagi Nature Park to see the flowers.

Snow still remains around Lake Nozori at this time of year every year. The moment I got out of the car, I was speechless at how cold it was and how strong the wind was, but once I started running, I didn't mind at all. Running here with a view of the lake is a great course to enjoy the feeling of adventure. It's a bit far, but I recommend this place for a change of pace.

It's also my blissful time to get up early in the morning when it's still dim and burn incense to space out. It’s the time that I don’t have on my schedule before making breakfast. I always think of it as a bonus time in my life.

At that time, I usually burn "Incense Stick of Natural Fragrant Wood, Sandalwood". I feel as if it gently envelops the fuzziness in my mind and encourages it to disappear with the smoke.

The word "conditioning" is a popular word these days, but I think that the ancestors have been using incense to condition themselves for more than 1000 years. It is also a good time to think about it while listening to the scent.

Incense sticks are often used to worship ancestors, but please enjoy them as a "tool" to condition yourself. I'm sure it will be refreshing.
